Features:
1) Mixing system: The mixer is a JS1000B biaxial forced type, with high concrete mixing uniformity, short mixing time, long service life of wearing parts, and convenient operation and maintenance. The mixer is driven by double motors and double reducers. The discharge height is 4 m. Adjustable hydraulic discharge door angle. High wear-resistant chromium-manganese alloy plates and blades. The perfect shaft end sealing system can effectively prevent leakage and ensure continuous long-term operation of the entire mixing system.
2) Batching system: using PLD1600 batching machine. The batch aggregate can be 3-5 kinds. The basic storage box volume is 7m3, 1600L weighing box volume, fully loaded, 7.5kw motor, belt width 800mm.
3) Feeding system: The feeding adopts a continuous feeding closed belt type, the belt is a Chinese famous brand, the idler is a trough type, with a tensioning system and a cleaning system, which ensures the feeding efficiency and effectively extends the service life of the equipment.
4) The digital weighing system has a buffer device and an automatic compensation function with high weighing accuracy. The sensor of the weighing system is a well-known trademark in China, with high weighing accuracy and stability.
